You see when trying to learn self hypnosis, our mind doesn’t necessarily know what to make of it all initially. But as you guide it down into deep hypnotic states, it starts to make sense of things, and will eventually be able to enter into and out of hypnosis quite freely and easily.
The trick with self hypnosis is using it to help you enter into a deeply relaxed and euphoric state of consciousness where your surroundings suddenly appear to be surreal, you are receptive, and you become more responsive and accepting of external suggestions. As you delve deeper into this state of self hypnosis, you start to feel heavily relaxed and happy sometimes, as if you have a deep connection with your subconscious.
Over time you will become so accepting and enjoy this state so much, that you’ll enter into it more freely and openly than usual. You may begin to enjoy this deep feeling of euphoria and relaxation so much that you’ll actually enjoy making changes to your subconscious, and will want to enact these changes on a frequent basis.
